What testing and safety protocols does Greentom follow?

Greentom follows all standard testing and certification procedures that are needed in order to sell and safely use Greentom products in the US. In addition, all Greentom products comply with EN1888 and EN71-3. The fabric and frame components are tested for chemical substances and are non-toxic. Greentom products are completely safe when Greentom products are used in the proper way. Please make sure you always follow the safety guidelines and instructions in the manual and on the hangtags.

Where are Greentom strollers manufactured?

The Greentom stroller frame components are injection molded in China. The components are then shipped to the US and the products are assembled in the US. When Greentom sells a larger volume of strollers in the US, this injection molding process can also be executed in the US, making the Greentom stroller the first stroller completely made in the US.

Do Greentom strollers contain flame retardants?

The Greentom strollers do not use flame retardants since these retardants are toxic and can impact the health of your child. Please note, the wool in the Carrycot mattress is naturally flame-retardant.

How do I register my product?

Please register your Greentom stroller within 90 days of purchase. To register your stroller click here .

Where can I find the serial number for my Greentom stroller?

The serial number is printed on the green band located at the back of the stroller frame.

How long is the warranty valid?

The 90-day limited warranty becomes effective on the date that the product is purchased.

If you register your Greentom product on our website within the 90 days after the date of purchase, you will extend your warranty to five years from the date of purchase. The warranty is not transferable.

What is covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage due to negligence or careless use, and/or use for purposes other than described in the manual. If your purchase shows a material/manufacturing fault within the warranty period (with normal use as outlined in the manual) please contact us at hello@greentom.com.

Where is Greentom sold?

On the website you find the store locator where you can find the nearest retailer that sells Greentom products. Greentom products are also available in the Greentom webshop .

How do I know when product will ship?

You will receive notification by e-mail when the product will shipped.

How do I purchase items that are not available in the U.S. webshop?

The U.S. webshop stocks all Greentom products currently available to the U.S. market. Please note that product availability differs by region and we can only sell the U.S. range to U.S. consumers. If you have a question about future availability, please contact hello@greentom.com.

Can I purchase Greentom strollers and products directly from your website?

Yes you can! Greentom will send these products to you.

How do I check on the status of my order?

What is your return policy?

Our mission is to offer you high quality, safe, and sustainable products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we can discuss with you how to request a refund or exchange.

You have 90 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Items must be returned new, unused with all tags still attached, and in the original box. We offer free return shipping within 90 days of receiving your order.

How do I start the return process?

To process a return contact us at hello@greentom.com and kindly provide:

  1. Invoice number
  2. Green registration number (green tag is attached to the frame)
  3. Purchase receipt
  4. Reason for returning the item(s)

The brake gets stuck, what can I do?

Clean the chassis and the brake with water, a gentle cleaning product and a cloth. If this doesn’t solve the problem, contact our customer service department.

Can I order replacement parts for my Greentom stroller?

In most cases, yes. Contact our customer service department for more information.

How do I clean the frame and fabric of my Greentom stroller?

The frame can be cleaned using a damp cloth. The fabric can be washed by hand, following the washing instructions on the care label.

What do I do if one of my products is broken or damaged?

Please contact hello@greentom.com and we'll arrange for any necessary replacements.

When should I switch from using the carrycot to the reversible seat?

Your child is ready for the Reversible once he or she starts sitting up or is too large to comfortably fit into the Carrycot and is ready to explore more.

Which car seats can I use with the Greentom car seat adapter set?
